Bone broth is rich in minerals. I like to include sprouts or microgreens in at least one meal per day. They are dense in nutrition for their small size.
If you struggle with eating Soooooo many vegetables, as many people do; then microgreens and sprouts are a good option. You can eat less and get more nutrition. One case where less is really more.
Add a shot of apple cider vinegar to bone soup to help extract minerals from the bones.
