Very delicious and energizing way to start the day.

This breakfast treat will fill your need for chocolate and load you up on antioxidants. Great for keeping you healthy and vigorous.

The raw cacao Goji chunks came from the bulk section of the health food store. If you don’t have any of these handy, 85% or better chocolate bars could easily substitute.

Blueberries contain amazing nutrients, yet to be fully researched by scientists. The vitality possibilities are amazing.

I can feel an energetic difference when I eat raw nuts vs roasted or otherwise cooked. Raw nuts are easier to digest and are energizing. Roasted nuts make my stomach feel sluggish and metabolism as well.
